Had my second ultrasound today and the doctor told me the size of baby is about a week behind and I have a large yolk sac. Heard a heartbeat for the first time, but the doctor told me it was abnormal at 92 bpm. Supposed to be 7w but apparently am showing 6w3d on my ultrasound. The doctor told me it was a bad pregnancy and to prepare for a miscarriage. She said there's a small chance of becoming a normal pregnancy but she wasn't very compassionate or optimistic...hoping for the best. Anyone have anything similar and it turn out to be okay? I have a follow-up in two weeks but I'm going to drive myself crazy until then.
