Do you sleep with tampons in?

I only have a couple of times but most of the time I feel like my vagina needs a break. And sometimes it makes me cramp in the morning.

You're really not suppose to just being of the serious illness it can cause! TSS because when you sleep sometimes you sleep past that 8hrs and it can get dangerous leaving one in for too long.

I do, but only for the first few days of my period because I have really heavy periods. But if yours is light enough maybe you shouldn't. TSS is actually very rarely caused by having a tampon in over night so you should be good.

I always do. I have a super heavy flow and don't like waking up covered in blood. I just change it RIGHT before I go to bed (like 10 or 11pm) and change it again RIGHT when I wake up (5am)

I only do because I don't get 8 hours of sleep 😂. Plus I typically need to pee in the middle of the night so I change the tampon then.
