POF (Premature Ovarian Faliure)
Hi im 24 years old, and for the second time in my life i was told last year that i had POF (early menopause). I was first told i had pof back when i was 12 and told i would never have children. When i turned 18 i found out i was pregnant with my daughter. I went full term with her, she was only a 4lb 15oz baby though. But here i am again being told i have pof. Me and my husband have been now trying to have a child for two years now and it gets me so frustrated. My obgyn has me on a estrogen patch and a progesterone pill to regulate my periods so i can ttc, which this patch only gives me a higher chances of becoming pregnant and also possibly having more than one child.
I was just wondering if anyone else out there has POF and how they deal with it and what they do to help try to convince a child.
Thanks!
