What is the worst thing you have ACCIDENTALLY done to your SO?

I could go on forever about the countless accidental nut sacking I've done to him haha, but I would have to say the worst thing I accidentally did was give him E. Coli.

I had left fully cooked meat out for too long before I put it away. The next day he had those leftovers for dinner and he was vomiting non stop. It was 8AM when I convinced him to go to the ER. I felt so bad! But its just a funny story now, sometimes he jokes that it wasnt an accident, haha. I'm just glad he was okay.
