French Kissing - Tips and Tricks?

I've been with my boyfriend for just over five months, we were each other's firsts in a lot of sexual stuff; sex, oral, etc. One thing I have never been particularly interested in is french kissing. I don't understand the appeal. We've tried it out of curiosity, but it didn't spark an interest in either one of us (that I know of).

So when I got my first make out session and all that I was kinda confused on the tongue thing and from my experience most people just like a tad bit of tongue (not what I thought when I was younger) it's up to you and your partner though. Just experiment with what you like and don't like.
