Second u/s today! Twins?

We had our first ultrasound at 5w3d because I've had 5 miscarriages in the past so they have me coming in every two weeks. At that scan they found 2 sacs but could only find one egg. She said my uterus could have been tipped and she couldn't find the egg from that angle, or maybe it's only one egg. Well today we find out the truth! Hoping to hear the heartbeat today at 7w3d! Not sure how much of this is bloat and how much is baby lol!!
