Do you see a difference? Trying to fix my body.
Ok so after two large pregnancies and having my tubal reversal which cut my ab muscles in half. I've been doing the 30 day plank challenge and the 30 day squat challenge. It's only been around 10 days. I have a bit of low self esteem lately about my deflated tummy. And I've frequent back problems so I figured instead of having to take meds I'm gonna try to strengthen the muscles. It's hard for me to post this but I'm going to anyway. The scale hasn't changed at all but I see some difference in the pics.
