First Pregancy!

Hi Ladies, this is actually my first pregnancy.. And my first doctors appointment is almost 3 weeks away... But, I need some advice and have so many questions that I feel like shouldn't wait until then. I have read that I should watch my caffeine intake, which I've cut out all soda drinking for this reason.. But, I'm big on drinking infused tea. I also read that this isn't safe to drink during pregnancy. I only drink one glass a day.. Any suggestions on rather or not infused tea is safe to drink, or if I'm still intaking too much caffeine? Also I know I need to drink a LOT of water.. But, after 2-3 glasses a day I struggle to keep drinking because there is no flavor. Would it hurt to add fruit to my water to give it some flavor? Or would this no longer count toward my glasses of water per day.
