When is the best time to have 1st baby?

I got married young (20) and currently still in college. So does my husband. We both are pursuing an engineering degree and have prospect company that would hire us as soon as we graduated (1 more year).

Put that aside, when do you think is the best time to have kids? Especially if both parents have a job.

Wait until you are financially stable on one salary. One of you will need to stay home for at least a few months, a couple of years if you don't have grandparents/trusted and available persons nearby to help you.

Truthfully I think you should just wait. You still have school and you have a company looking at hiring you right when you graduate; babies are full time jobs and it seems that will have a lot going on in the coming up year. It might be better to try and have a baby once you and your husband have settled down with your jobs.

It really depends on people's maturity level. I got married at 18, and I'm currently pregnant at 20. But I've seen girls who are 16 who are GREAT moms and other women who have kids in their 30's and are a complete disaster. So there's no "right age" for you, I guess it just depends on you♡
