Gas pains and constipation ugh
Anyone else dealing with trapped gas/constipation/general stomach issues? I feel like pockets of gas get trapped and my whole stomach just feels like it's tight and uncomfortable. Any remedies? I don't think it's BH, the baby doesn't ball up and there's really no true pain just overall tightness.
