My boyfriend and I are trying to get pregnant and have been unsuccessful. My periods are irregular so my fertile windows are really far apart. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a better chance of getting pregnant. Things people have tried and things like that. My next window is March 13-21 so will be trying then! Should we try every day it let sperm build up? Help lol
