Normal period?

Ok, well I had unprotected sex for the first time over a week ago now, and my period came on Sunday (on time). This time around I have had normal red blood throughout the day but brown blood when I wake up. Is this normal? Is it just my body adapting to losing my Virgnity? Or can it be a pregnancy
