Possibly pregnant!

I would just like to know if any ladies are/were in the same situation as me. My significant other & I have sexual intercourse pretty much every day, sometimes we skip. Anyway, my menstrual cycle is due on the 17Th, but i have been getting headaches frequently, feeling restless, fatigue and kinda have more of an appetite. We did have sexual intercourse on the last day of my last menstrual but it was pretty much spotting. Would i be fertile enough? Is it most likely that im pregnant?
