Does it bother anyone else when people use terms like "hubby" and "in-laws" when they aren't actually married?

I feel like these terms are specifically defined and it gets confusing when I read a post thinking "this couple is married is this normal for a marriage?" Only to find out at the end that they have been dating 6 months. That's a completely different scenario.
