I feel like I'm so big to be 30 weeks! I've gained 20 pounds already but my doctor said I'm right on track.

Trust me you are fine. I'm 32 weeks now and baby boy is measuring 3 weeks ahead. I feel huge and everyone including my doctor thinks he's going to come early.
