First Doc Appointment?!?

I called my baby doctor to make an appointment (I'm 6 weeks 3 days) and the receptionist told me I had to call back when I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Is that normal. I see all these other people going to the doc at 6 weeks. Hmmm?!?

I didn't see my doctor until 12 weeks though I found out much earlier. It's normal. You will calm down an the wait will get easier!

My ob wouldn't see me until 10 weeks. I think it's more to see if it's a viable pregnancy, as crass as that may be. Drove me nuts since I confirmed my pregnancy with pcp at 4 weeks. I hated the 6 week wait.

Yeah it's normal. I saw my dr until 11 weeks and then I saw my OB at 12 weeks

Very normal. There isn't really much they can do/see before 8 weeks

I saw a nurse my first two times and didn't get to see my doctor until I was 12 weeks (turns out I was 10 after an ultrasound later that week) but I'd just be patient😊
