Pesto Shrimp with Zucchini Noodles!!
Ladies ! I made this for dinner and it was absolutely scrumptious - and so healthy!!
I made my own pesto sauce by using- 2 cups of freshly packed basil
1/4 cup of pine nuts
2 garlic cloves
2/3 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of shredded asiago cheese
Put basil, pine nuts and garlic in food processor and pulse until blended (still a bit chunky) Next, add in olive oil to the consistency you like ( I like mine smooth !) Finally, poor in a bowl and add cheese . Also, add in salt and pepper to taste.
Super easy and fresh ! Then I added it to this recipe ... 😊 enjoy !!
