I'm so proud of myself!
Guys! I have been wanting to lose weight for a while now. I gained it all at once and have never been this heavy! (178 lbs) I have always been fairly active but have really stepped my game up lately by going to the gym 3-4 times a week.. Recently I have even started eating better . Drastically cut back on carbs and sugar and NO cokes. But... I haven't really seen the number on the scale change.. I feel better and less bloated but why am I not losing weight!? How often should I weigh myself? Anymore tips on how to see the lbs come off quicker!? How long did it take you to start losing?
