So does dilation or effacement tell you more about where u are as far as labor approaching possibly soon or not? I'm 38weeks and was told 1cm dilated and 50% thinned as well as parts of mucus plug comming out gradually last few days. I know everyone's different just wondering if there's any indication on possible labor approaching
