Embarrassing pregnancy symptom???

Ok so lately every time I sneeze, I pee a little. It's so embarrassing and uncomfortable and it just sucks! Especially when I'm at work or something! Is this a pregnancy thing or am I just weird lol

I pee a little every time I sneeze every time I throw up, and with this morning sickness I throw up 9 or 10 times in a row before I stop, and if I have to use the bathroom I usually end up peeing completely by the time I'm done being sick, it sucks! And I do with the kegals all the time! What the heck?

I'm on my 3rd pregnancy. If you're anything like me, this will become your new norm. Cross those legs when you feel a sneeze coming on!

I have had that! Try doing kegal exercises.. Seems to help me hold it in better and it's supposed to help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles for delivery.
