First I have to say my husbands parents are a godsend and are very supportive. They don't meddle too much and I'm thankful for that but there are these little things when my hormones get the best of me. Ok, so hubby and I decided on the name Lincoln for our baby boy and my mil obviously did not like it when she found out but didn't really say anything. Then almost every time I saw her she would ask me the same question over and over. "So is this really the name? You guys won't change your mind?" Whatever, it's pretty harmless but starting to get annoying, right? Then hubby and I started throwing the name Oliver around. She liked this better, but we were still pretty stuck on Lincoln. Yesterday, my sil asked me which one it was going to be and I replied "I don't know? Maybe Lincoln with Oliver as a middle name." Immediately from across the room I hear my mil shout "No, I don't like that." Excuse me! Lol. I didn't even respond because I knew if I did, I'd say more than I'd really like to. Lol. Is it bad that I kind of want to do it just to tick her off? Haha. Honestly though, we both like it and will do it because that's what we want but it does give me some pleasure knowing she doesn't like it.
