Nexplanon and Exercise!

Meghan • Broadcast journalism major WTAMU. I'm a long way from home, but enjoying my independence...and my boyfriend as well ☺️❤️
I've had the Nexplanon implant in my arm for two years now. It is my first form of birth control and I'm so happy I have it in my arm. I've always been overweight, and I've been wanting to try working out. My main concern though is if I lose weight, my birth control will be affected. My boyfriend and I have a somewhat active sex life (once every two weeks), I don't want kids right now, and the implant causes me to not have periods anymore. Will working out affect my birth control at all?
