Heating pad 7 weeks?

I'm cramping like af! I just had a scan yesterday and everything was fine! I just wanted to see if it was ok to use a hearing pad for the cramps?

The heat can be harmful to your baby. It is not recommended to use a heating pad or to take a hot bath. 
If you raise your body temperature it can become dangerous for baby.

Raising your temp isn't recommended... Nor are hot baths and hot tubs. I'm experiencing intense cramping also and find stretching to bring some relief. ☺️

No you can not use a heating pad on your abdomen, take a hot bath, go in a hot tub and If you get a fever take Tylenol and try to get it down. Raising your body temp can lead to birth defects in the baby. You can take Tylenol but ONLY nothing else.

I don't know for sure but I don't think so as it heats up and will not cool down. Have a bath instead
