This isn't really pregnancy related, but need some advice from others. My friend from college is moving in with us since she broke up with her husband. We have plenty of room, and it's temporary... But she couldn't find a place from her cats, and is moving 2,000 miles so she can't just go back and get them later. We don't have pets and now is not the time to be exposed to cat smells/ litter boxes, plus my hubby is allergic. Is it rude to ask the cats to live in the garage, or board them? I like cats, but not as much as I like our new carpet and furniture. Any suggestions to keep cat smells away and not have a sneezy itchy husband?
