Idk just give me a list of some safe words, I want one that clicks in my head ya know?

Ours is simple : 'safe word'. Impossible to forget or misunderstand. 
If I'm close to my limit but don't want him to stop just yet I say 'reel it in', it's an inside joke we got from American Dad.

"red" to stop altogether and "amber" to just just stop that particular act and move onto something else or to do that action not as harsh.

I've heard the stop light method is nice:
Green for I'm not sure about this, but I want to keep going. 
Yellow for Let's slow down and/or try something else. 
Red for I need to stop.
