Positive Thinking vs. Not Getting Your Hopes Up
I'm a firm believer in positive thinking. I think that if you dwell in the negative, you subconsciously act in ways to make the negative happen. That said, I'm having a hard time balancing positive thinking about TTC with not getting my hopes up too high. Does anyone else have this problem?
