Don't feel anything

So since we found out last week I've been feeling crampy, peeing a lot, etc. Yesterday and today I just don't feel anything! Like I don't feel pregnant. Is this normal or should I call my dr? I am not bleeding (knock on wood!), and I am supposedly 5w2d according to Glow.
