Transvaginal ultrasound sac only

Had my first ultrasound yesterday- only sac visible. Im worried since I've had history of two miscarriages. I am not sure exactly when I ovulated, I have PCOS and therefore my periods are irregular. Anyone else have this experience? Dr thinks I'm about 5 weeks w my hcg levels.
