Cramps in 2nd trimester!?

So I am 21 weeks and have recently been starting to feel menstrual cramps and some stomach discomfort. I've researched and seen things about it being normal, Braxton hicks, or preterm labor, etc. mine are mildmenstrual  cramps but it does make me wonder. Anyone else around the same week as me feeling this? I'm not sure what it is. Of course I'll ask my doctor if I get too worried, I'm just curious about what you ladies are going through as far as abdominal pains/cramps. Thanks!

I used to get really bad cramps around week 16-18. I'm now in week 23 and haven't had one since week 18. All the dr told me to do is take some Tylenol. If your that concerned though, call the dr.

I had one recently that made me think my menstrual was coming on. I haven't experienced it but one time. It felt weird. But I doubt it's nothing to worry about.

I've had some menstrual like cramping too off and on for about 2 weeks. I'm 20 weeks. Figured with it being baby #2, it's either early Braxton Hicks contractions or just stretching. Making room for my little man! 😍

Yep. I asked my doctor about them because it feels like period cramps. Apparently totally normal, especially for us FTMs.

Its the baby making room! Im 21 weeks and every night starting at 9 am and ends at 3 am I felt a discomfort but I know is baby moving!!!!!

I've been having some bad cramps off and on they hurt so bad. I'm 20 weeks. Doctor told me it was normal . It's still uncomfortable but I guess he's making room!💙💙💙

I am 22 weeks and the other day experienced some cramping consistently all day. I called my dr. and he sent me to the hospital to be monitored. After a few tests they found out that I have a urinary tract infection that was causing the cramping. We are thankful it wasn't anything serious, but it was super surprising because I didn't experience any of the normal urinary tract infection symptoms!

My doc put me on bed rest and hormones. It's really scary especially when you are so far along and so in love with your baby. Stay strong. Xo

Normal. A lot of it is the stretching of your uterus.

I would have the mild cramping as well. But I think it was because of constipation. Once the constipation went away so did my cramps.
