Inner thigh Charley horses?

Hi ladies, I hope everyone is feeling great!  We are almost there!  Is anyone having really bad cramping, like Charley horses, in your inner thighs?  Mine are painful and frequent. Anything to alleviate them?

Yes!!!! I randomly yelped in my coworkers office the other day because of it! She thought I had a contraction, or something- but just Charley horse in upper inner thigh. I get it randomly. Have you been exercising?

I got one for the first time the other day from my groin to mid thigh. My husband walked in and I was crying it hurt so bad. Awful. The. Just two nights ago I woke up from sleeping holding my left knee that was in pain. Odd. Not fun. Hope I don't keep getting them. 5 more weeks! Let me know if you find how to deal with them or avoid them.

Crazy! This just happen to me! Was dead asleep on couch and guess I moved the wrong way and Baby hit a nerve. Gave me two upper thigh Charley horses that I flew out of the chair to help fix and it locked my legs up. I fell on the couch and couldn't breath. Tried to get up and get back over to my husband who was still asleep, I woke him up by screaming in pain and he caught me as I was about to pass out. Had to have him pull my legs backwards to release them and all the while I was pouring In sweat and couldn't catch my breath. Never been so scared in my life! I have Charley horses before but never like this! I know my poor husband thought I was in labor! Lol

I have them too at times, I never knew why I got them. Feels like menstrual cramps but between my thighs lol

I had my first experience with this one night last week... I have had them in my calves and arch of my feet but never in my inner thigh.. It was terrible

I usually get them in my calves and they are incredibly painful. As long as I don't try to stretch them, I can avoid getting them.
