Prenatal Yoga on YouTube?

Question

Does anyone have any recommendations for any YouTube channels with good prenatal yoga videos? I was pretty into yoga before I was pregnant, but I want to make sure I'm getting safe/ helpful poses that will also help me prepare for labor.

I really like the ones by Tonic... she's a British lady who does little 10 minutes videos. I have been very sick and sore so it's a length that I can handle very easily :) just looked up pregnancy yoga and it was like the first one

I tried prenatal kundalini yoga with Sarah Kamrath, it wasn't very intense, but had great hip openers and stretches,  got a bit funky at times but I really enjoyed it!

If you want to build code strength I also like tonic, vinyasa flow by a British girl (love her accent too haha) and she has a shorter video - strength and stability.  If you search "prenatal yoga" both videos should come up :)
