Hey so me and my wife started using glow to help regulate her months, and so we can see when the window for ovulation is. Now when I see the green days for ovulation does that mean to start having more sex on those days or should we start before and go into the days? I get different answers but still am confused as to what it is. And also I see percentage on those days and then 1 day is super high what does that mean?
