Additional iron supplement?

Any moms taking an additional iron supplement? My cbc showed lower levels of iron. Dr. Said not enough to treat. However could take an additional supplement on top of prenatal. I'm so tired! Wondering if would help.

My dream told me to take 325mg of ferrous sulfate an iron supplement you can by over the counter. I've been super tired and sluggish too

I am taking extra iron, I was prescribed the supplement but I also try to eat beef or other food sources of iron when I can.

I am currently taking an iron supplement. I'm not as tired as I was before I started taking it. I was advised to take it opposite times I take my prenatal. And with vitamin C orange juice, V 8 juice.

I was prescribed 2 iron tablets a day on top of prenatals after my 28 week appt. I feel like it is making me feel sluggish and I get nauseous with every dose. It is icky stuff.

I have low iron I have to take it twice a day on top of my prenatal vitamin. After about 2 weeks I noticed I wasn't as tired but being tired is just part of the package. The iron supplement makes it very hard to go to the bathroom, so now I am taking collace and miralax... Ugh love this baby boy and the experience but the low iron has been rough
