FTM here with a 4 1/2 week old. After countless visits to the pediatrician, it's pretty much been decided that she has colic. However, after doing tons of my own research, I feel like it might be something else. From what I understand, colic usually appears at 3 weeks of age & typically occurs around the same time every day. However, my LO has been inconsolable since birth. Also, she's inconsolable at all hours of the day. Basically, if she's awake, she's crying. She's never content being awake. I don't know if this is just extreme colic, or if I should encourage the pediatrician to look into other options. Any advice is truly appreciated.
