Literally everything. We have no complaints about Tricare at all.

Well there are different kinds. We have TRICARE standard which is a PPO; no referrals and open to see whoever we want whenever we want as long as it's within network. My world renown spinal surgeon and my daughter nationally known opthalmologist are all in network. I've never had a problem finding a doctor in network and all the best are in network. We do have copays every so often because it's a PPO.
TRICARE prime is an HMO. You need referrals for everything from your primary care physician/manager. So you need a referral (which had to be authorized) to see a gyn, OB, ortho, etc. you can't see anyone or do anything with prior authorization. It's all free though. If you're military you are seen on base with prime. You cannot use on base hospitals if you're on standard except the ER and pharmacy are free of charge. We we're on Prime for a while but have been on Standard for 5 years now about. Personal preference but my daughter and I see too many specialists and I don't like jumping through loop holes to get the care I need with specialists. I like to pick my doctors, not be assigned to them.

My biggest complaint at the moment is the fact that we can't choose our doctors. We have to go to the hospital, which we share with all the veterans of El Paso, for my prenatal visits. I tried getting a civilian Doctor but the hospital says it rarely gives referrals off post. I also hate the fact that I see a nurse practitioner rather than an actual doctor.

On the other hand, I really enjoy not dealing with copays for appointments or meds. We even get free Tylenol and Motrin if need be. I have two boys who are either sick or getting hurt all the time so not having to deal with those extra expenses is nice

I am not entirely pleased. It's hard to complain too much because everything is free. I pay nothing for anything. But there are fewer providers making harder for me to find a practitioner that I really like or get second opinions. They definitely cover the minimums, at least with my other health care (this is my first round with a pregnancy so too soon to tell).  I did have a mole rupture once, and my PCM said "it could be a cyst or it could be cancer. I can refer you to a derm now or we can wait to see if it changes more in three months."  Tricare rejected my referral to a derm. Thanks.

I wish they had more midwife coverage.

So far I love everything. Actually finding a doctor was frustrating & I had to change my referral three times, but I love that everything's free. I also loved that I was able to go to a class on base that told me everything I wanted to know about being pregnant.

I have Tricare standard because I just can't deal with multiple people coming in and out to watch me give birth to my baby (the hospital is a training facility), plus I was having fertility issues. I see a midwife outside of the military and I LOVE HER!!! No complaints at all! And everything is paid for because I'm pregnant!

No delivery costs. When I see women talking about having to drop 2-5 grand on just birthing their baby it just hurts me. One annoying thing though, is that the base I'm currently living on only has a clinic so obgyns are outsourced and you can only get one if you're pregnant. It's fine for me but annoying if you're actively trying to not get pregnant.
