Expressing

Hi so i had my bubs on tuesday and since being released from hospital i have had to buy a pump. So i went an bought the Tommie teepee manual one, has anyone had any problems with it. I am finding it isnt emptying my boobs at all and it takes forever to use. I sat for 1.5hrs and only got 30mls. Where as with a hospital one i got 60mls in 15mins. I am struggling with money so i cant go buy a fancy electric one. Does any one have any ideas to help me. Or suppestions on a great pump as i am afraid that I will get mastitis. Thanks alot
