Mirena or Paraguard

I was on the pill for 6 years and switched to nuvaring because I got so moody. Worst decision of my life. Ive had the worst month with constant bleeding, constant migraine, nausea, bad mood swings, crying every day. I took it out half way through the month because I just couldn't bear through it. Now I have nothing. I want to get back on a birth control but I'm terrified of hormones again, I really would rather not do it. So I'm leaning toward paraguard. Can you all tell me your positives AND negatives of each?
