I love my Matcha and I really want a cup. Can we have any?

I've been drinking it since I got into my 2nd trimester.  I read somewhere that the caffeine in matcha powder is better for you than coffee. Something about the matcha powder helps your body absorb nutrients better than coffee or something lol. Just drink it in moderation!

I don't think any green teas too good while you're pregnant. Pretty sure it blocks the folic acid absorption.
