Ovulation test it show one line do and anyone else see a next line too?

Uhm....if it's an ovulation test there should be two lines that are the same shade. So....this would be a complete negative. What do the directions say?

If this is a pregnancy test, it's positive.
If it's an ovulation test, it's negative.
