Weirdest HPT positive result ever!

I had my period on feb 26th for about 4-5days and right after the period end date, my ovulation tests showed positive 5 days in a row.

Im on about 15th day after the first period date and my hpt result is positive. Is this possible?!?!

Im having a severe pain (almost like MC cramping) now and my primary care dr also had the same urine test result. Im visiting gyn next week but I dont know if it is false result, super early miscarriage, or ectopic pregnancy.

Have you heard about anyone with similar stories? Is it forreal possible to be pregnant 15 days after the first period date?!
