34 weeks question

Woke up to a couple contractions a few nights ago, but they went away. They weren't Braxton hicks, I checked with the doctor and they were real contractions. Now I've noticed that I went from heavy discharge to no discharge and I'm feeling very crampy. I'm a FTM. Should I be concerned that my boy is coming early? I feel that he will, I just have no proof other than a feeling.
