Coconut oil as lube?

I get really irritated with every lube me and my boyfriend have used and I've been trying to find a natural alternative. I know to not use oil with latex condoms but would it work with non-latex? If not, do you have any suggestions for a natural alternative(not spit)?

my boyfriend and I use a water based lubricant; nothing that can tear a condom or anything. We use coconut oil if we aren't going t be having sex though.

Oil shouldn't be used in a vagina. It can cause infections. Only water based.

You're most likely getting irritated/slight allergic reaction by the latex condom. Use non latex .

Then there is probably a certain ingredient you have either grown allergic, which can happen. It happened to my brother with a chemical in hair dye. Or maybe something in the lube is being absorbed in too high of a concentration. I know that phenoxyethanol is often used as a preservative in things like lube and can be absorbed through your skin and cause burning and irritation. If it keeps up you should definitely see a doctor about what is causing the discomfort.

Are you sure that it is not the latex that you are allergic to? Sometimes an allergy can develope and worsen overtime so if you have jad sex before without an irritation that could easily be normal. The same would go for the lube anyways.
