Sweating at 18 weeks!

I am an Exercise Scientist (PhD student) and fitness pro, so happy to have my energy back! Under the approval of my Obgyn I have been keeping to a consistent workout schedule. Yesterday I was cleaning some old stuff out (yup nesting is a real thing) & came across this book I wrote right out of college that I wanted to share with you ladies. After flipping through the workouts that I initially wrote to be small space in your dorm are actually pretty fantastic well pregnant too! Funny how things move full circle.
