Miscarriage... What does it look like? (Sorry if tmi)

I started bleeding yesterday and it has not got really really heavy yet. However I have just passed something grey and definitely not blood. It wasn't very big though and I have seen people talk of the sac... Could this have been what it was?
Sorry to have to ask I'm just really confused as I haven't had the painful cramps but I know I'm miscarrying.

I had an early MC in October at a little over 5 wks. Started spotting and never got heavy enough for a pad, just panty liners and then a passed a small amount of tissue and bright red blood - little heavier and went to the dr that day and had confirmed I wasn't pregnant anymore. I was told I had a blighted ovum.

I'm so, so sorry that you're going through this. When I miscarried, I was 9.5 weeks. There were lots of clots, but all tissue was grey. That's what the doctor told me to watch for. Again, I'm so sorry. 😢
