could I be pregnant?!

hi all.. the last time I had sex was in November .. since then I have had periods but they have been shorter in the number of days.. my boobs feel swollen and I have to pee a lot.. took pregnancy tests.. all were negative. if I am pregnant I would be 15 weeks.. is there any way I could be showing negative but be pregnant?? haven't missed any periods.

My sister didn't find out with my niece until 18 weeks.. She had periods negative tests negative blood tests.. They have her a scan and hey ho baby pops up. Niece is now 2 and a half ❤️
