So confused 🤔

So here goes....this past December I had my second miscarriage which ended with a D&E...my dr told me to wait 3 cycles...I agreed...in the mean time my dr was checking my thyroids and sure enough I now was put on medication due to being diagnosied with hypothyroidism...I was ok with it because they said that with medication I can have a baby :) but this is what I am confused about..after my D&E I got my first cycle 1/23/16 and my second cycle 2/13/16...I have two apps which are usually right in predicting my cycle so my first app stated that I was due for my period 3/6/16 and the glow app stated 3/10/16...both dates have past by and still no cycle I took 3 pregnancy test all negative...I'm so confused could my thyroid medication mess with my cycle I started my medication on 3/4/16?!?! I'm just so confused!! Thanks for reading!!
