I can't orgasm

Okay so whenever me and my boyfriend have sex it's awesome and it turns me on but I never can orgasm. Probably cause I need more than just penetration but he doesn't really know how to finger me while we're actually doing it and it seems weird to do it myself.. Any suggestions?
