5 weeks 6 days 96000 hcg levels? Should I be concerned it is so high?

I had some brown spotting with lots of cramping so I went into my doctor. They said they want me to come in about every ten days for awhile. My gestational sac grew 2mm a day from when I first went in until now. I'm definitely 5 weeks 6 days, but now my pants barely button. I have had horrible morning sickness and lost a few pounds though. Has anyone else had this? I've been reading about molar pregnancies, do they still have yolk sacs and everything? Or am I just googling too much about what this could mean....

UPDATE: my doctor doubts it molar due to how the baby is growing, and said my numbers would be a lot higher if it was. He wants to check for multiple heartbeats next Friday!

High hcg doesn't always mean multiples but you do have a higher chance

Have you asked your doctor about your fears of a molar? Because those do seem high. Are you sure of your dates? (High hCG doesn't mean twins, they don't correlate.)

Mine were six thousand something at five weeks three days. So doubling every 48 hours, I'd say yours are fine? I then had an ultrasound five weeks five days and the doc said I had to be at least six weeks one day because we were watching the heart beating! So maybe it just means rapid development?
