Having a hard time sleeping!

So I'm in college and I would say that on average I get 4-5 hours of sleep on a weekday not because I'm getting to bed late, but because I literally can't fall asleep. 😔 I'm very active, have class all day, and then go to work so I should just knock out right? I've been taking naps to try and get some more sleep but it just seems to make my sleep cycle wacked up.

•How do you fall asleep when u are still very awake?

I have the same issue, however, I fall asleep then wake up 3-5 hours later. (Ie: I've been up since 1:30 and it's 8 am now). Do you have anxiety at all? That's what keeps me up.
