Any endometriosis women who got negatives on home pregnancy tests but were actually pregnant?

Just wondering. I know  with endo can be hard to conceived, chances are low in fertility but feel free to share maybe there's  hope

I have endo.i got pregnant three months after ttcing.i had a home test three days late and it was negative. a week later i did it again and it was positive. now I am ttcing for no 2 for six months and still nothing....

I know someone who was told she most likely won't be able to have kids because the chance was so slim because of endo and she is currently pregnant. There's always hope!
